The program spans over 6 months and we will meet online, or in person, for bi-weekly sessions twice for about 50 minutes. Coaching sessions will be tailored toward your unique challenges and goals and discussions carried out with privacy and confidentiality
I encourage organic conversations, as unexpected insights may arise during our work together. , We will work together to create action plans that fit your needs and I will be there to help you break them down into smaller, actionable steps and to hold you accountable. My coaching approach is highly personalized and I will meet you exactly where you are. To ensure personalized attention, I prefer working with a select number of clients and am available for support in between sessions as needed.
what is a wellness and health coach?
"Health and wellness coaches work with individuals and groups in a client-centered process to facilitate and empower the client to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness. Coaches support clients in mobilizing internal strengths and external resources, and in developing self-management strategies for making sustainable, healthy lifestyle, and behavior changes.
As partners and facilitators, health and wellness coaches support their clients in achieving health goals and behavioral change based on their clients’ own goals and consistent with treatment plans as prescribed by individual clients’ professional health care providers. Coaches assist clients to use their insight, personal strengths and resources, goal setting, action steps, and accountability toward healthy lifestyle change."
